The Artist’s Way
The Artist’s Way – A book I return to again and again. I am often asked about journaling and my own relationship to journaling. TAW is a book that I not only recommend but will also work through the chapters with my clients. I will work with people one on one, integrate it into my current health coaching or host workshops.
Composition Book – I am often asked about what journal do you use and why. I use this Composition book. It is classic, nonfussy, wide-ruled (important while wrting Morning Pages) and simple. I use these books as a non distracting tool.
The Artist’s Way Companion Journal – if you would like to collect the special edition book that is the companion to the book this is for you. It is only a journal to be used with the Morning Pages. Simply, it is lined and has quotes from the book inserted into the pages. I have used it once, then I switched to the Composition books.
Amazon Basics Composition Book – If you would prefer the most basic version of the journal.
The Artist’s Way Book & Journal Set – Choose this path if you would like the set: the book and the companion journal to get you started along your journey.
